The Till-Ease Model 2148 features the following:

1. Packer Wheels - The Model 2148 uses 21 individual agricultural quality packer wheels made out of cast iron. These packer wheels are 9-1/2 inches in diameter and have crushing knobs for pulverizing clods and creating moisture retaining dimples.

2. Packer Wheel Shaft - The Model 2148 is built with a solid 1-3/4 inch steel packer wheel shaft which provides long lasting wear resistance.

3. Bearings - The Model 2148 has a large greasable agricultural quality bearing on each end of the packer wheel shaft. These heavy duty bearings should insure many trouble free hours of use.

4. Quick Attach Pin - The Model 2148 has an easy to use quick attach pin.

5. Flip Over Feature - The Model 2148 is equipped with two pneumatic tires for transport. Simply flip the cultipacker over on the tires for transport. A very important component on this design is that the tires are positioned close to the center of gravity for user friendly flip-overs. If you have ever had the experience of muscling around a cultipacker with poor wheel placement or a cultipacker without wheels you will surely appreciate this feature.

6. Weight Rack - The Model 2148 has a weight rack incorporated into the frame. In some cases more weight may be desired but in many cases the Model 2148 weights plenty at 272 lbs. Pressure is the important factor when looking at cultipackers. The Model 2148 is equipped with a smaller 9-1/2 inch packer wheel which requires less weight to achieve the same pressure as a larger diameter cultipacker.
